The historic Anshun Bridge. Including the launch of Chengdu’s first Michelin Star restaurant. Managing procurement of staff, media resources and collaborating chefs as well as communications and marketing budgets.
This project was the first of its kind in Chengdu, we worked closely with “The Bridge” team locally and Andre Chiang’s (Michelin star chef) team in Thailand & Taiwan to create a marketing campaign for the lead up to the launch, including events covered by both local and international media.
