This event took place in the challenging backdrop of the omicron outbreak. During the planning of this event I had to apply an agile approach due to changing restrictions within the traffic light system.
I organised and LGBT Kapa Haka group to perform
I also organised the Wai Family – a local Maori music group, to perform
Stakeholder Management: I worked closely with Porirua city council, the council provided funding for this event and the council event manager co designed a runsheet with me to deliver both Pataka and Council organised events smoothly over a two day schedule.
